By accessing or using the VeinWell website or downloading and using the VeinWell mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Gentle Vein Care Center (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

IMPORTANT: The Services provided by VeinWell are for informational, educational, and self-tracking purposes only. The Services do not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account within the VeinWell mobile app, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, computer code, software, and educational materials included within the Services are the intellectual property of Gentle Vein Care Center or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gentle Vein Care Center, its physicians, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
